Ameet has distinguished career spanning more than 35 years with
India Inc. During his last executive stint with Adani Group, he was the Executive
Director and group CFO. He led 2 IPO’s out of total 4 listings amongst the 7 listed
entities of this conglomerate. He has extensive experience in Treasury, Investment
Management and Corporate Finance. As the CEO of Adani Family office, he has had a
distinguished Portfolio Management track record. As a member of APEX team, he has
contributed to several strategy and organisation building
initiatives.
Earlier, Ameet was Global Head of M&A and Business Planning
for Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd., the largest Indian pharmaceutical company, where he
led cross border acquisition deals in Japan, Germany, US and France besides a
divestment deal. He also completed a prestigious out-licensing transaction with a
Global Pharma Company. He also had P&L responsibility for Allied business (USD
40mn, 350+ people). As a member of Executive committee, he had responsibility for
strategic planning and policy framework of the company.
Ameet holds a BBA
degree from Sardar Patel University and an MBA degree from University School of
Management, Ahmedabad. During his career, he has attended several executive programs
inter alia, at The Wharton School and the Harvard Business School. He has spoken at
several national/international forums and conferences. He has also lectured at
several educational institutes.
Rushabh is a Chartered Accountant (CA) and passed all
three levels of CFA conducted by the CFA Institute, USA. He has
completed his graduation (B.Com) from GLS Institute of Commerce (Gujarat
University). Rushabh holds over 5 years of experience in Equity Research
starting his career with Marwadi Shares and Finance Ltd where he worked
as a Forensic Research Analyst for over 8 months.
Later he
joined Equirus Securities Ltd where he started his profile as a research
associate for the IT sector and later as an Analyst. In all Rushabh
worked for 3 years at Equirus from where he joined Anubhuti Advisors
LLP. Rushabh is currently associated with Anubhuti for over 2 years now.
Harsh joined Anubhuti in 2023. Prior to Anubhuti, he
worked with the investment banking team at Bank of America Merrill Lynch
in their New York office where he was primarily involved with mergers
& acquisitions, high-yield financing and IPO transactions in the
Consumer and Retail industries.
Prior to BAML, Harsh was a part
of the investment team at Multiples Private Equity in Mumbai, where he
worked on evaluating investment opportunities across healthcare,
consumer tech and financial services.
Harsh started his career
with SSA & Company, a New York-based consulting firm specializing in
turnarounds for PE portfolio companies. In total, he has 7 years of work
experience.
Harsh holds a Bachelor's in Science from the
University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of
Management.
Equity research analyst with more than 5 years of
experience, she started her career with Pi Square investments as a
buy-side analyst and thereafter she worked in Marwadi shares and Finance
limited as a sell-side analyst.
Komal has successfully completed
her graduation in Engineering and MBA (Finance) and pursuing CFA level
2. Komal is currently associated with Anubhuti for over 18 months now.
Pruthul is a Chartered Accountant and holds bachelor degree in commerce from S.M Patel Institute of Commerce (Gujarat University). He has 3 years of post qualification work experience & has previously worked with Next Step Advisors LLP in the field of Insolvency & Bankruptcy(IBC) and allied Re-structuring work. Pruthul is currently associated with Anubhuti for over a year now.
Karan has completed his graduation (BE,IT) from Sinhgad College of Engineering (Pune University) in 2021 and is a CFA Level 2 candidate. He has started his career with Byjus as an Internal Audit Associate.He is currently working in Anubhuti as research associate. Karan is currently associated with Anubhuti for over a year now.
Meet is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds bachelor degree in Commerce from Mumbai University. He has three years of post-qualification work experience including two years of experience in equity research. He has previously worked with Equirus Securities as sell side equity research analyst and BDO India LLP in risk advisory services.
Yash is an accomplished Equity Research Analyst with over 6 years of hands-on experience in trading and investment. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (BCom), Yash is currently pursuing CFA Level 3. With a robust understanding of financial markets and a keen analytical acumen, Yash excels in evaluating market trends, assessing investment opportunities, and providing strategic insights to optimize investment decisions.
Kinjal is an Equity Research Associate with a strong accounting and financial background. Currently, she is pursuing her CA Final. She has cleared CFA Level 1 Exam and completed her graduation from KES Shroff College (University of Mumbai). Kinjal's blend of practical experience in accounts, coupled with her advanced studies in finance, equips her with the analytical prowess and knowledge necessary for insightful equity research analysis.
